Each circulation system will be designed and rated on an individual basis to meet customer’s requirements for composition and quality of drilling mud. The system design process includes 3D modeling where the best layout of the system is developed. The main criterion used to determine the system layout is supreme space efficiency, meaning maximum performance within minimum space.

Depending on the customer’s cleaning requirements, the system can incorporate several mud purification stages to ensure the expected result. Typical solutions provide for three-stage cleaning of drilling mud. At the first stage, the drilling mud coming from the well undergoes primary purification process by means of shale shakers and settlers. They remove coarse cuttings, rocks, and sand from the mud. Then sludge pumps are used to pump the mud to degasser, and further to desander where the second stage of purification takes place with finer and poor-settling cuttings being filtered out. After that, the mud is transferred to the third stage – desilter – to have the finest cuttings sized up to 0.025 mm removed. The cuttings separated at different stages of mud purification (sand+ shale + clay) are transported through holding tank to centrifuge for dewatering. In the meanwhile, the mud completed the three-stage cleaning process flows to receiving tanks or mixer to have some chemicals added. Then it passes to mud suction tank where it is picked up by the mud pumps and forwarded to the well. The sludge cake consisting of cuttings is extracted from the system. Clean drilling mud produced at the centrifuge is supplied to the mud suction tank.

Application: disengaging, beveling, spotting, countersinking, and flange facing for large pipes DN300-2100. Typical product line includes six types of clamps within the same size range. Bigger assemblies are available on request.

For large-scale and difficult jobs where steady-state radial and axial clearances are of critical importance, it is essential to have clamping assemblies. All operations are performed by means of a precision lathe using safe cold cutting technique which minimizes explosion hazards of gas and petrochemical products and excludes heat-affected zones.

Standard configuration of heavy-duty clamps is equipped with outer diameter slide rails for difficult jobs to make up for non-round pipe shape, to accelerate fit-up, and to reduce handling time. This handling assembly designed for heavy conditions of cutting is mainly oriented towards large facilities.

Subsea remotely operated diamond wire saw is a rigid device used with remotely operated underwater vehicle (ROV) to cut elements with diameter up to 33.75 cm.

The device is small-sized and easy to operate. It is directly (without adding an isolated hydraulic power unit) connected to the main hydraulics of remotely operated underwater vehicle.

The device has quite flexible design and can be promptly fabricated on customer's request. A version for automatic operation is also available with gravity feed devices (clamps).

Hydraulic power unit MGU46 incorporates water-cooled diesel motor with power 46 hp, motor control centre, disk-type spark arrestor, air intake duct, high-performance double-suction gear pump with capacity 60 l/min and 30 l/min. It has two circuits with maximum pressure 190 bars.

Offshore hydraulic power unit MGU 96 is mounted on a base frame. It consists of stationary enclosure, drip oiler, certified lifting lugs, overspeed switch, air starter, hydraulic cooling in two circuits, fuel storage tank for 65 gal (246 liters), 105-gallon hydraulic steel vessel with internal partitions and large clean-out hole, different portable and embedded piston pumps, and three-circuit control panel of the unit. Other advantages include forklift slots for workshop handling, outer bottom coat made of zinc powder, extra-strong grill for outer protection, highly efficient stainless steel silencer. Class 1, range D. Hydraulic oil not included in the scope of supply.

We offer four types of tools which are capable of cutting pipes with outer diameters DN100 to DN2100. Powered by hydraulic drive, a wire saw is remotely operated by above-water control panel or functional remote-control monitor through stabilizers with zero heat leakage.

The tools are equipped with self-adaptive power supply system which monitors wire bending and automatically adjusts feed rate to cutting speed. Ability to adjust or stop wire feed completely ensures more efficient cutting, improves operator safety, and promotes wire life cycle.

Deep-water cutting tools

The saw has an adjustable mechanical lock system which is suited to hold a part tighter using fewer contact plates. It stands out with two synchronized hydraulically driven clamps which rotate inwardly and ensure easy and safe installation of remote control. The synchronized hydraulically driven clamps provide for uniform, precise and secure placement and prevent any clamp damage due to unequal stress.

Application: self-propelled milling tool suitable for cold cutting and beveling of any process materials used for various pipes sized DN 150 to DN1800, tanks, and vessels.

The milling tool can be powered by pneumatic or hydraulic drive.

Self-propelled milling tool can be used for horizontal or vertical pipes both indoors and outdoors. It has a positive record of working in mud-filled pits or subsea at the depth of 180 m.

Hydraulically driven models have a closed-loop lubricating system, thus being most suitable for field machine operations in adverse environment which can be frequently observed at offshore drilling rigs, pipelines and construction sites located at rivers and in docks.

Sampling systems

The sampling systems are designed to take samples with high vaporizing pressure. A sample is kept in sampling cylinder to assist transportation to the laboratory. Dedicated retainers promote precise alignment and prevent any leakage when connecting. The cylinder is securely clamped to the plate. Its design ensures maximum safe sampling by the operator. Excess sample material is discharged without any pressure decrease in quick-release connection.

Fixed volume sampling systems

For applications where the process sample is over-pressured, or a fixed sample unit is required, a fixed volume sampling system offers the most suitable solution. With its thoughtful design, the system can isolate the pressure of a sample, clean the sample bottle before filling, and check the flow.

Manually-operated continuous sampling system

A closed-loop sampling system will meet a set of sampling requirements. This system delivers samples without emissions, is capable of taking representative process samples and secures operator's safety. The patented valve design ensures dead space inside the entire bleeder valve assembly. The system is simple to install and easy to control. Working pressure is used to deliver the sample into a bottle.

The systems can be made of stainless steel, Monel, Hastelloy C, or special alloys.
